The Bunnies are here to serve you...starting with something to whet your appetite... their favorite, chocolates with a cherry on top...We will be serving Ce Ce, Beth and Kearv today...they work very hard and deserve to be served...they are gonna love these chocolates...
Here's yours Ce Ce..Mr. Pink Bunny will be serving you today, she will love his sweet sweet smile....hope she loves the chocolates too...
The inspiration for this table scape is the servers of course....We prefer them wearing their standard butler attire...The ladies should be served in style ya know...
The bunnies are made of metal and resin...I added the little glass cloches to their serving trays...the cloches are individual butter server lids...and they fit exactly...Mr. Yellow is here to serve Kearv....she will love his sparkly eyes...
I love the large Bee plates...they were a splurge from Neiman Marcus I purchased a couple of years ago...you may remember them from this setting Here Bee Happy.......Beth will be served by Mr. Blue...She is gonna love his perfect manners..
They all have their suits and bow ties...ready to serve...Mr. Pink will be starting off the serve..
If I remember the chargers are from the Pier 1.....the napkins are from the Linens and things store before it closed...I am proud of the fact that no new purchases were required for this table scape...or should it be no checkbooks were harmed in this tablescape...
Don't you just love the glow of a soft pink candle, the napkin rings were a great find at the GW they were originally at Pottery Barn...but I found them last year at the GW for 8 of them 3.99 wow what a deal..they are stainless steel I think, and are quite heavy...they really sit up nicely when the napkins are tucked inside....When you are a tablescaper...you gotta be a great deal shopper..and only splurge now and then...
These eggs sure liven things up...they are so sparkly when the light is on...everyone comments on the hanging eggs, they are from Michaels...I cut off the tiny loop ribbon and attached longer pieces of ribbon with a straight pin, since the eggs are Styrofoam it took no time to redo....
They kind of bring your eye up and spread a little Easter at eye level...
The pretty Easter egg wreath was another Goodwill find for 3.00...last year..It would look pretty with a pretty bow on it but I liked it plain...or was I just to lazy to make a bow for it...or did I just notice it had no bow after I took the picture...oh well, you just guess which answer fits...if you are a tablescaper then you probably already know it is all three...
I only have 6 of these large eggs and I love their size and presence, I can't remember where I purchased them, they are a couple of years old...Do you do that, have something and have no recollection where you got it...well at least we are using them...yay
The white salad plates are Lenox Fine China...you remember..I always describe them as feelin like butta...lol...It is so ironic that we save our fine bone china for good and use the lesser quality for every day and it always chips...I started using the white bone china for every day and wow..it wears like iron and never a chip, scratch or crack....who would have thought....Mr. S. said he would be happy to take care of the dish washing duties...
Of course you remember the Lenox crystal wine glasses here...you'll be seeing them all summer...especially for some garden tablescapes..can you just see it now....butterflies, lady bugs, dragon flies, flowers...I can see it all now...lemonade....I do love the summertime...
Aren't the bunnies so sweet all lined up...I love doing settings where everyone has something special at their place setting....I think we all love our own special place with our own special things....just for us...I will be choosing the white bunny to serve me.......uh oh who will be serving Mr. S....we've run out of bunnies...oh well this is a party just for the girls.....
The eggs almost look like small balloons...rising from the table...
The servers are all lined up and ready to go....
Here's your chocolate, now how about a nice glass of spring wine..yummy..or even red wine..they say red wine and chocolate is the perfect pairing...okkkkay.. I am up for that.....
.
Thank you for visiting all of the Easter tablescapes...they were fun to create and fun to photograph (not fun to tare down)...I will be doing a reposting of the Peter Rabbit Post which seems to be an all time favorite with everyone...Please leave a comment...I read them all and I love to know what you think...A special Thank You to the wonderful women of MAP..they make all things possible...
