SOMETIMES IT'S JUST HOW YOU SERVE IT

Sometimes it's just how you serve it...simple cupcakes with frosting trees on top sure look fun on the little Christmas tree dishes.....You remember the milk bottles I have used before, they keep the milk nice and cold....

The little stars on top got smashed a little, but they are still so cute in their tree dishes...

The little towels, Naughty and Nice are from the Dollar Tree.....soooo cute....

I think Mr. S. is touching that frosting for a little taste....

By just changing their serving dishes can sure make a big difference.....

I sure love those candy cane glasses, you have seen them before on the peppermint table...

The white napkins with the thin red stripe are from TJ Max and have such an old fashioned look I think....

A different night calls for different cookies, they need to be special toooo.....

MMMe mmmmmmm love those gingerbread men...

I hope you all remember the wonderful snowflake cookies, Mr. S. has ask for more of those cookies ever since we had them only days ago......

Well I have to admit they were the best cookies ever......

I am still using my shiny Christmas cups, I think I am getting new coffee cups for Christmas, anyway I had my eye on some I liked, a girl can only hope...

After all is said and done, it is just cookies and milk.....

but sometimes it's just

How you serve it.......

Thank you for visiting, I always enjoy when you hang AROUND THE HOUSE...If you would like to leave a comment and let me know what you think, just click on the word comment at the end of each post and leave your thoughts....I read them all and enjoy hearing from you....Phyllis

  11. Nothing like cookies (or cupcakes) and milk. So cute with the bottles. I'd like to sink my teeth into those cupcakes, the trees are so yummy looking. It's all about the frosting for me. Many cute presentation ideas. Makes me sorry I put my tray under the centerpiece on my table.

  13. OOO...you must KNOW how much I love this post. *heavy sigh.......
I love every thing you did here..the candy stripe stocking just made my skirt fly up...and those little milk bottles...I fell in love with those several posts back. Those cupcakes with their precious little green trees are as beautiful as out of a magazine. The little gingerbread men...how adorable are those.
And, of course, I have now put, along with the stocking, those cute Naughty and Nice cloths on my I GOTTA HAVE list. Oh, and the glasses...
Good grief, I am going to be spending this whole year searching hi and lo for candy cane things...all for next Christmas.
I do find a lot of inspiration from you and I thank you so much for doing such lovely posts for all of us to enjoy.
    hugs, bj
