These are my musical cherubs, they are a set of four playing their instruments....I purchased them maybe twenty years ago and I display them at Christmas time when I can remember to get them out...
Isn't she the prettiest little thing playing her music...
Of course the trumpet has to chime in ....
Wow she is all about the percussion.......
This is the last little member of our musical group.....
Aren't they having the best time...I am not sure what they are made of, maybe a resin then gilded....
The Cherubs in the back are sitting on large glass candle holders to elevate them...
Isn't she just a little beauty......
Thanks for visiting.....I hope you all enjoyed the Cherubs as much as we do....If you would like to leave a comment, just click on the word comment...I read them all and enjoy hearing what you think.....as always thanks for hanging AROUND THE HOUSE....
Thanks Susan @between naps on the porch for hosting today...
Your cherubs are fabulous, Phyllis. I love them! I hope you continue to enjoy the holiday season....Christine
ReplyDeleteOh so beautiful! The gold is so elegant and the cherubs are adorable. I love the red nadina berries for a pop of red..they make the cherubs stand out even more. I love the color scheme of your home and your taste is exquisite! Eye candy...no calories!! Have a Happy Holiday season! Sonia/Miss Bloomers
ReplyDelete::gasp:: I love them! I have a weakness for cherubs...although my 19 year old says they're creepy. (If anything, she won't use my bathroom because of all the cherubs I have in there....heh...)
ReplyDeleteThey're so sweet. I love cherubs and have several around the house. But I haven't seen any like yours. What a good purchase you made several years back. Rosie

ReplyDeleteAnd I love how you have displayed them, with the green and red wreath; very festive and very beautiful. Also, it looks timeless and classic. Nice!!!

ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful and such a nice large size. I couldnt help but notice you lost your puppy in November. My 2 year old pup died unexpectedly in November also. (See my personal blog libbybuttons.blogspot.com) . Oh the heartbreak .
