Remodeling...finally!!!

This is the wall between my kitchen and the living room...

Although I still love the colors, the space has always bugged me because being the biggest room in the house it had no flow and light was blocked from the windows...Yay it is coming down...

Tina is so excited she is inspecting the entire area...

The wall is where the double blue tape is on the floor...plastic comes down from temp. wall soon...

You can see the new beam is up...love the new height where doorway was to entryway...

The furnishings and floor ....time for an update...Well I will have to think about these floors...more to come in a few days when I rethink this space lol...thanks for following

  1. I'm interested to see what you come up with for your floor. We have a space in our upstairs hallway where the previous owners removed a wall and then laid carpet. We recently pulled up the carpet and have the space where the wall was to deal with. We also have original hard wood floors, so to patch will be a bit harder to do. Good luck with your project, looks great so far!

  8. What a blast! Besides having a great grasp of perspective, what a great…grasp of perspective…such artists have to pour so much heart into something so ephemeral.

    Cheers!
